‘’Nasty Nes’’ is the first track in a row of ten collaborations between Dutch and German producers Leisure-B and Julian Winter. Set in a summer beach scenario, it portrays the bright as well as dark side of relating to the tightly knit community of island natives in a given holiday paradise. Leisure’s laid back guitar parts combined with Julian’s intuitive keyboard and Ukulele playing, as well as both gentlemen’s extraordinary love for programming synthesizers, give this track a unique atmosphere and an incredibly live feel. The composition is supported by a range of foliage sounds which have been recorded by Julian on location during his travels around the world, in order to maximize the cinematic character.
